* A promotional offer for Toyota, we were m4media partners and one of the services we provided : 

 * Recruitment and selection: at Ibtikar, we have determined the requirements and characteristics of the desired actors in advertising by M4media and based on these specific criteria, represented by the external appearance or personality and communication skills of the actor, on the basis of which the appropriate individuals were recruited for the advertising offer.

 * Training and equipping: we have trained the representatives on how to represent the Toyota brand professionally. The training includes familiarization with Toyota products, their features, and the benefits they provide to customers. The actors are also trained on how to perform their tasks in a positive and attractive way.

 * Management and supervision: we supervised the actors throughout the duration of the promotional presentation, making sure that they attended regularly and adhered to the work schedule, and we were also the link between all the parties involved in the project .

 * Provision of equipment: we ensured the provision of the necessary equipment for the actors from uniform clothes, promotional tools, and other supplies that helped them to perform their jobs effectively.
