King Abdulaziz Camel Festival 3 in partnership with Mufeed Ibtikar company played a pivotal role in the success of the festival by providing operational services for the entire project, including: 

 * Writing operational plans: the technical team ensured the writing and follow-up of the implementation of the operational plans of the festival, including crowd management and logistics services, as well as supervision and coordination between the festival's actors effectively and professionally, which ensured a festival free of unwanted surprises.

 * Crowd management: we have provided a sufficient number of organizers and supervisors who have been trained to deal with large crowds, and guide them by implementing the operational plan prepared by the executive team professionally

 * Security and safety: we have designed our operational plan taking into account all safety standards and all necessary security measures to maintain the safety of visitors, both in terms of organizing traffic and dealing with any emergency.

 * Logistics: we have provided transport buses for the organizers to ensure that they reach their work sites easily and conveniently.

 * We have provided coordinators and supervisors to organize and manage different operators and facilitate communication between suppliers and operators at all stages of the project
